Donations Received Today Thru Pittsburgh Gives Help the Homeless Served by Chartiers Center

Sep 20, 2016

Day of Giving is here! Today’s one-day online giving event is organized by The Pittsburgh Foundation. Monies raised will be used to support Chartiers’ Hestia Program which finds and maintains housing for homeless consumers with a behavioral health diagnosis.
Carol is pictured holding the key to her new apartment. She is in the Hestia Program and with the help of Holly Sonney, her BSC, she found her first apartment last year. On behalf of individuals like Carol and the others in the Hestia Program thank you for visiting www.pittsburghgives.org to donate to Chartiers’ Hestia Program. If you have any questions, please call (412)221-3302 ext.118 or email mbonn@chartierscenter.org.
The day officially begins at 8 a.m. on Wednesday, Sept. 21 and ends Midnight, Sept. 21, 2016. Any individual or business may give online with a credit card or debit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover).
