Massey Grant Used to Buy New Equipment for Staff

March 03, 2015
by Mary Kay Bonn

Chartiers’ Service Coordination staff received their new tablets made possible through a grant from the Massey Charitable Trust. It was like Christmas watching the staff open their tablets and familiarize themselves with all the special features. Comments that were heard after the meeting included: “Wow, this is significantly faster!” “This is so light I can pick it up with one hand.” Due to their working in the community, staff truly value equipment that supports a faster solution.  One staff person commented on how fast it was to upload a site and how quick the system responds. She felt it would easily cut the time she spends recording her case notes by one third.

All the SCU staff was appreciative of the support from the Massey Charitable Trust. Many, many thanks!
