Chartiers Center’s Substance Abuse Outpatient Program located at 515 Washington Ave., Bridgeville, PA.
Chartiers’ Substance Abuse Outpatient Program is modifying their hours of operation to better meet the needs of the consumers. Located at 515 Washington Ave., the SAOP Program treats consumers who are struggling with addiction issues. Effective Monday, January 29, 2018 the hours of operation will now be Mondays from 8:30am-6pm and Tuesdays through Thursdays from 8am-6pm. The office will be closed on Fridays. If a client has an emergency outside of normal business hours, he/she should call 1-800-662-HELP (4357). For any other issues such as scheduling, forms, etc., he/she can call the Information Specialist at 412-221-3302 x123 or leave a voice mail on the SAOP phone.
Outpatient treatment includes Vivitrol injections and Intensive Outpatient Programming. To access services, or for more information, call 412-221-3302 x123.
