Art Display Highlights Resiliency and MH Month

May 24, 2021

Art Show display boardThe T&SR Group are highlighting May is MH Awareness Month. All month they have been finding ways to honor the month and our participants.
They have had multiple groups focused on mental health, including learning about Tardive Dyskinesia, the ability to be happy while having a mental health diagnosis and ways to assist our mental health using movement and exercise.  In their creative writing group, the theme of their quarterly newsletter was resilience. Now they are featuring the work of 10 artist, showing off their talents in an art display at our Bridgeville office. The art display was inspired by Vincent Van Gogh, who is believed to have had a mental health diagnosis.  Again the word RESILIENCE appears as a common theme as our participants are the most resilient individuals around.
Special thanks to a donor for supporting the purchase of all the materials for the T&SR Art Show during Mental Health Awareness month.
