Job duties as a therapist include: Complete required evaluation and assessment for treatment of consumers, Complete all required documentation to include, but not limited to managed care information, initial consumer assessments, service plans, service plan reviews, progress notes, correspondence, transfer summaries and terminations summaries. Plan and coordinate treatment for consumers through participation in treatment team meetings, interdisciplinary team meetings, psychiatric staffing, and individual supervision. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for an assigned consumers utilizing goal-setting techniques.
