We are committed to providing compassionate supports and therapy to people facing mental health challenges in our Washington County Clinic or at our Bridgeville clinic. Job duties as a therapist include: Complete required evaluation and assessment for treatment of consumers, Complete all required documentation to include, but not limited to managed care information, initial consumer assessments, service plans, service plan reviews, progress notes, correspondence, transfer summaries and terminations summaries. Plan and coordinate treatment for consumers through participation in treatment team meetings, interdisciplinary team meetings, psychiatric staffing, and individual supervision. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for an assigned consumers utilizing goal-setting techniques.
Drug & Alcohol Therapist
As a D&A Therapist with Chartiers Center, you would be committed to providing compassionate supports and therapy to people facing substance use challenges. Job duties include:Provide supports through Outpatient Therapy, and/or Intensive Outpatient Group Therapy, Complete all required documentation to include, but not limited to managed care information, initial consumer assessments, service plans, service plan reviews, progress notes, correspondence, transfer summaries and terminations summaries. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for an assigned consumers utilizing goal-setting techniques. Maintain ongoing contact with Service Coordinators and other Agency program staff to ensure consumer accessibility of community/supportive services and continuity of care.
Enhanced Case Manager (Mobile Position)

The Janus Program is a new and exciting model of care that uniquely assists participants to liven on their own and learn desired skills. The Enhanced Case Manager is a member of the multi-disciplinary team that works closely with program participants. Although we embrace a “whatever it takes” approachthe Enhanced case manager provides personalized and specialized Service Coordination to participants of the Janus Program.
Psychiatric Rehabilitation Worker II
Meet regularly with clients in their home or community to teach needed skills such as independent living, social skills, and job searching & interviewing, as well as help connect with supports such as needed living resources and social opportunities.
