Chartiers Center Begins Tele-Health Services

Mar 21, 2020

TelemedicineIconAt Chartiers Center the health and safety of our clients and staff are our priority.  To best serve our clients we will begin using tele-health services.  As an essential service and life supporting business for people dealing with their mental health, Chartiers Center will remain open. The therapists and doctors in the Outpatient Department will be in touch with their clients to confirm appointments and services will be delivered through the use of tele-health services.  If you or your family member is sick or has been potentially exposed we ask you not to come to any of the Chartiers Center sites.
Service Coordinators will remain in phone contact with their clients and all our residential programs will continue to provide the necessary services while observing social separation. At this time our Training and Social Rehab Program will suspend the program. We are taking preventative measures to protect against the spread of the COVID -19. If you are in need of service please call our intake line at 412 221-3302 ext.123. We will continue to monitor the situation and will share updates on our website and social media page. For the most up to date information on COVID-19 please visit the CDC website.
